The mayor can not rely more on what says José Pérez Riera, president of the Board of Directors of the PLA, or what it says on the Port Fortuño. The failure is proved. It is time to explore new alternatives. The mayor then has the last word and has in its hands the future development of the Port of the Americas. If the mayor is folded back to partisanship and to renew the memorandum of understanding, the Port of the Americas will go down history as a failure that cost the people of Puerto Rico $ 250 million.
