The people's representatives beg the voters vote and then abandoned to their fate and incur more unspeakable actions, unfortunately, in most cases with impunity . The profligacy of party leaders is hidden under the silence bought, through fear or complicity with the fraternity party. It is essential to break the backbone of partisanship to save democracy. is no doubt that what happened in the Senate is illegal and unconstitutional. There is no doubt that the people had a right to claim access to the Senate and convened at the Capitol to protest. No doubt when someone violates the law, which corresponds arrest and prosecution is never hit at close range. No doubt some people who are exercising the right to free expression can not be beat, club or Spraying irritating gases without justification. However, with few exceptions, the New Progressive Party leaders, elected by the people, have exits to these atrocities follow party discipline. The silence in these circumstances to mean one of two things: or strongly agree with what happened, or who are afraid to disagree about losing privileges or fall into misfortune. In any event, these perverse political leaders or shaky knees, deserve the severest censure and punishment election for his lack of honesty, courage, discretion and independent thinking. Senate President has not shown remorse or purpose of amendment for their performances. The governor and his boss, Figueroa, also failed to show remorse and have defended their actions abusive grips. These terms have dictated that the other party leaders, like lambs, have endorsed the indefensible. The people repudiate these actions in an impressive march that shook the conscience of all who attended, for the massive, activism and creativity of the participants. political parties become monsters that restrict freedom and critical thinking of the persons concerned. The Senate President has a budget that delivers its discretion. Therefore, no one dares to face it, particularly because it has no shame, or restriction by using the verb in the most cruel, vulgar and abusive. The senators did not want to lose their budgets, so that fear and dare not criticize the actions of its president clearly illegal, because the insults. pressure for silence is greater when one considers that the parties in Puerto Rico living democratic centralism, which incidentally is a doctrine of the Communist parties. Democratic centralism means that once the party takes a determination by the internal mechanisms by arbitrariness or leader, the party and all members must maintain the same posture, with penalties imposed or ostracism.  Thus, although the party has a position illegal, unethical or immoral, its leaders are required to follow the party line. The obligation to continue the party line imposed by censorship, marginalization, deprivation of contract or budget, and finally expulsion from the party. For these reasons, partisanship damages the moral fiber of society, because it requires all party leaders dishonesty, ethical positions to yield valid or consenting to silence and complicity in illegal or immoral actions. Only twice this silence is broken party. When the top leader of the party or gang leaders wear out and lose legitimacy, or as they approach the primaries. Under these circumstances, it is legitimate to be critical postures and honest and truthful, because it is a matter for political survival.
